Any alteration or handling of these items by external energies or individuals jeopardizes the integrity and efficacy of these products for others.

• Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria for a refund.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.  

Canceled Orders

• Orders canceled before processing may be eligible for a full refund.
• If an order has already been shipped, the standard refund policy will apply once you receive your package and process a return.
